24.02.2021

February 26 marks exactly forty years since Alexander Mikhailovich Lapotentov became the head of the collective farm “Kolkhoz“ Rodina ”of the Belynichsky district.

This is one of the few agricultural enterprises of this kind left from the Soviet past. And now for 40 years out of his 66, Alexander Mikhailovich has been at his permanent post. They usually say about such people: where he was born, there he came in handy.

Alexander Lapotentov made out of his collective farm what all Soviet people dreamed of - a prosperous state within a state. Proving to everyone that we hastened to renounce the great country and its ideals. Here, in Vishovo, every step of a person is measured by his personal well-being, the happiness of his family, cements the power and prosperity of the economy and the country.

Alexander Mikhailovich is an outstanding and unique personality. Both as a Leader and as a Person. Everything with a capital letter. Highest professionalism, love of life, calmness, confidence, wise cunning, hospitality, cordiality and warmth ... But how can you count everything that always delights and pleases in all human splendor at every meeting with him ?! And what love and respect he enjoys among the villagers!

Probably, many of you heard the speech at the VI All-Belarusian People's Assembly of a simple machine operator from this farm - Nikolai Darechkin and envied much of what was said: about the salary on the farm, it is here more than 2 thousand rubles a month, about working and rest conditions, about motivation to work well and live in the village. This recognition is more eloquent than any statistic reports, although in Rodina they are always, in spite of any weather, the highest in the Mogilev region.

It's good that there are such people in our life. Thank you, Alexander Mikhailovich, for your selfless service and devotion to the villagers, true service to the native land. You taught all of us a lesson in truth: how you can love your small homeland and make it happy for the villagers.

I wish you good health, happiness, mental fortitude, self-confidence and optimism. May your family and friends always be with you, and prosperity, love and mutual understanding reign in your home!
